Ànec amb prunes i pinyons

INGREDIENTS:
•    1 Famella d’Ànec de 2,5 Kgs  o  3 Kgs
•    Oli
•    1 Branca de canyella
•    3 Cebes
•    Prunes
•    Pinyons
•    Sal i Pebre
•    1 Gotet de conyac
•    1 Gotet d’anís sec

PREPARACIÓ:
Talleu l’ànec a trossos, salpebreu-lo i enrossiu-lo en una cassola amb oli en el forn ben calent. Després afegiu les cebes trossejades, l’anís, el conyac i un gotet d’aigua, de tant en tant l’anirem girant. Un cop rostit  més o menys al cap d’un hora prepararem les prunes i els pinyons, fregint-los  en una paella amb una mica d’oli del rosti. Reserveu per guarnir els plats.
