Carxofa, patata i llonganissa al forn

Ingredients:

  • 2 patates
  • 2 carxofes
  • 200 grs, de llonganissa
  • una mica de farina, llimona, sal i aigua.

Per la picada:

  • Avellanes, ametlles, nyora, all, julivert, i caldo de pollastre.

Preparació:

Es tallen les patates a rodanxes i les fregim una miqueta.

Fregim lleugerament la llonganissa.

Bullim les carxofes amb aigua i llimona, retirem, les enfarinem i les fregim.

Tot seguit ho posem tot amb una safata al forn, hi tirem pel damunt la picada i el caldo i ho deixem fins que estigui tot ben cuit.
